Do you love bowls and want to help inspire more women to get involved? We're on the hunt for someone amazing to lead our Ladies' Bowls section and keep the good times rolling (pun intended)!
What You'll Be Doing:
Liaising with the Rinks Manager and Head Coach to organise ladies’ leagues, competitions and coaching.
Working with the board of Trustees to make sure everything runs smoothly, from fixtures to equipment.
Spreading the word about how awesome bowls is.
Helping us maintain a warm, inclusive, and welcoming vibe for everyone.
What We're Looking For:
A passion for bowls (obviously!).
Great communication and leadership skills and loads of enthusiasm.
A positive attitude and a knack for making everyone feel included and motivated.
Good at staying organized and keeping things on track.
